Students need to work with their school and the appropriate sending school (if not the same) in regards to transferring credits.

Application Information:
Food for the Hungry must received the following information by the appropriate deadline date (see above). You can download (.pdf format) and print the appropriate forms, then mail the originals to the address below. To help expedite, you can also fax, then mail the originals.
$35.00 Application Fee (non refundable) - you can submit your Application Fee on-line, or mail to the below address -- checks payable to Food for the Hungry. (Your application will not be processed until we receive your application fee.)
