Singer-songwriter Scott Krippayne has partnered with Food for the Hungry for several years as both an artist and a board member.
"I traveled to Uganda with Food for the Hungry to see the work firsthand. The need is great; there is so much to be done. And Food for the Hungry is making a difference, one person, one family, one community at a time." -Scott Krippayne
About Scott Krippayne
After nine years in pursuit of his dream, with five albums and lots of radio and critical success to mark the path, Scott Krippayne moved back home to Seattle to reestablish his roots. The result was his sixth album, Gentle Revolution, which shocks and surprises in its intensity, clarity and depth.
Gentle Revolution explores larger musical territory, inspired by the innovation of bands like Switchfoot, Maroon 5 and pop icons like Sting and Billy Joel. The piano-driven pop sound Scott has become known for still shines, but the polished pop edge has been burned away, leaving aggressive guitars fused with an authentic live-rock feel.
