Rock the Desert If you have received the love and grace of Jesus Christ, you know what a gift like that feels like. Why not share that love and grace with a child in need, through sponsorship? Food for the Hungry provides opportunities for children in Rwanda to have an education, food, water, medical care and, most importantly, a home. Rock the Desert is proud to partner with Food for the Hungry and to support such a wonderful cause. We have four daughters. If we were in a situation like the many families and children in Rwanda and could not provide for our children a home or food or education, I would be so thankful that Food for the Hungry would help my family. THEN As a result, the community of Piswa is becoming a shining example of how child sponsorship can change a community. The Church in Piswa is growing, and many children and adolescents are becoming more involved!
