Spirit Midwest Festival

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.” - Luke 4:18-19

We’re thrilled that God has given us the opportunity to partner with Food for the Hungry. We see our partnership with Food for the Hungry as a vital way to reach children in hard places by meeting their physical needs through education, food and healthcare while also introducing these children – and their communities – to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is no greater call!

Spirit Midwest has expanded from a one-day music festival to a five-phase ministry meeting the needs of the lost, hurting, homeless and hopeless both at home and internationally. In an endeavor to develop disciples of Christ, Spirit Midwest brings people into inner-city ministry to meet the real, physical needs of the residents. Spirit Midwest also offers opportunities to mature and grow through short-term missions trips to Tijuana, Mexico.
