We have worked since 1971 to serve the most vulnerable people on earth through purposeful relief and development. Our methodology is informed by our Christian beliefs that every person has intrinsic value and that it is our responsibility to advocate for the poor and the marginalized.

Community health workers trained by FH continue going door-to-door in the refugee camp to help halt an outbreak of dengue fever, a mosquito-borne disease that can be fatal. In our four health facilities, a total of 585 individuals were tested for dengue from January to June 2023, resulting in the detection of 21 dengue cases.
