Volunteer at Christian Concerts Around the US

Our artist partners give concertgoers a meaningful and impactful experience by inviting them to become a child sponsor along with them the night of the show. Our concert volunteers help new sponsors with the registration process.

Here’s what you can expect when volunteering at a concert:

  • Access to the show and the ability to participate in a very important way.
  • Serve alongside well known artists, friends, family and fellow Christians.
  • Staff FH’s information booth and assist with its set-up and teardown.
  • Hand out child sponsorship packets to the audience (requires standing 30-40 minutes).
  • Life-changing joy in connecting children with much needed sponsors.

Volunteer at FH Global Service Center in Phoenix

When you volunteer your time at FH, you’re playing a key role in ending poverty together. Volunteers help sponsors and donors stay connected to the transformational work happening in communities around the world. The dedication of our volunteers is life-changing for vulnerable children and families. Many of our volunteers find giving their time to FH helps them live out their Christian beliefs and be part of global missions that make a real difference.

We need individuals with a variety of skills who are motivated to help in these ways:

  • Ongoing on-site administration duties with short-term or long-term commitments
  • Assistance with special events
  • Participation in one-day projects
  • You can volunteer solo or with friends, family, your church or other groups.
Gift Policy:
You may send small, flat paper-based items that can fit into a standard #10 size envelope, have a value of less than $5 dollars and weigh less than 4 ounces. We ask that you send small, flat items of this size because shipping is expensive and even small gift items can cause issues clearing customs.

You can send postcards or photographs, however, we ask that you visit here for more details about culturally appropriate guidelines for photos and other images. Please write the child’s ID # on the back of each item that you enclose with your letter to ensure that it reaches him/her.

Best gifts to send your sponsored child:
  • Paper dolls
  • Postcards
  • Pictures of yourself or family
  • Sports cards, individual cards (baseball, soccer, football)
  • Stickers (flat, paper-based, only a few at a time)
  • Paper-based simple bookmarks, stationery, drawing, or writing paper (single sheets)
  • Coloring pages (single sheets, not books)

Please do NOT send:
  • Monetary gifts
  • Liquids, candy, or food
